The purpose of the conference is to discuss, with the participation of heads of banking legal services, representatives of the regulator, state authorities, and the scientific community, new challenges and opportunities for the banking industry in the conditions of digital transformation, and to exchange opinions and best practices on topical legal issues.
Conference participants will discuss issues of independent guarantees, legal risks of corporate lending and lending to individuals, prospects for implementing the digital ruble, banks’ participation in the issue and circulation of digital financial assets, problems of interaction between banks and debtor clients, regulation of artificial intelligence and personal data circulation, as well as issues of banking activities under international sanctions.
